Jacob Odunlami is a heart-led transformational leader and thinker who works at the intersection of technical excellence, organizational leadership, and spiritual guidance. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Project Management, alongside over 15 years of experience in architecture, surveying, and building, a foundation built long before it met a pulpit.

He began his career developing analytical capabilities at Bank of Industry, before moving to the IT team at Alerzo Limited, where he contributed to digital transformation work. That same rigor, systems thinking, careful execution, a bias toward what actually works, now shapes how he leads people, not just projects.

He is a Pastor under Apostle Femi Lazarus of Light Nation Global, serving as Regional Pastor for the South South region of Nigeria and Personal Assistant to Apostle Femi Lazarus for over 5 years. Through The Hundred Path Mentorship, he counsels and equips people to move from “point zero to point hundred,” establishing financial, career, and personal stability.

Beyond mentorship, Jacob works directly with organizations, leading organizational trainings and consultations, and delivering leadership and pastoral training for ministry teams. He also serves on the advisory board of several organizations, bringing the same clarity to their direction that he brings to individuals on the path.

Jacob is happily married to Esther Odunlami, and they are blessed with a beautiful daughter. Outside of work and ministry, he's a devoted Arsenal fan who enjoys good music, and he genuinely loves meeting new people and finding ways to help them.
